The Down Syndrome Association of Central Florida is applying on behalf of our families for COVID-19 emergency assistance through the Global Down Syndrome Foundation relief grant.

These grants are specifically to help individuals with Down syndrome and their families who have an immediate tangible financial need as a result of Down syndrome and the COVID-19 pandemic and are unable to obtain timely help through other social service channels. Examples of permissible grant uses are medicine, medical bills, heating bills, food needs associated with illness and/or loss of employment.

Grant assistance amount and decisions will be awarded by The Global Down Syndrome Foundation and NOT DSACF. Families are eligible to receive up to $1,000.
