The Down Syndrome Association of Central Florida stands in solidarity with those fighting for a more just society. We are horrified by the deaths of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery and the countless others who have lost their lives to police brutality. Our own mission is built on the belief that all people deserve an opportunity to reach their full potential without being oppressed or limited by society. We support every effort to create a community that respects, protects and empowers all people equally. And we will continue to proudly welcome and serve people of all backgrounds and abilities.
