Board members are fiduciaries who govern the organization and make sure the DSACF has enough resources to advance its mission. Skills that will enhance the board include HR, technology, finance/accounting, investment, sales, fundraising, and strategic planning,

The Board of Directors meets the second Tuesday of every other month (June, August, October, December, February, April) from 6:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. with committee meetings taking place regularly. Additional mandatory meetings may be called for special task forces, strategic planning and/or board training sessions. Board members are required to attend at least 80% of all board meetings and events each year.
