DSACF is proud to partner with AdventHealth for Children in Orlando for the launch of the first lifespan Down syndrome program in the Southeast. Through their comprehensive program, they are expanding existing pediatric programs to meet the unique needs of the Down syndrome community from diagnosis through adulthood. The S.M.I.L.E. with Stella Tremonti Down Syndrome Clinic provides access to an experienced primary care provider, plus specialists like speech, occupational and physical therapists, registered dietitians, exercise physiologist and a care coordinator who will support your family at all stages of life
Care Coordination Services
Our Down syndrome program care coordinator supports you and your family by being the main point of contact for all your care needs. They can:
- Schedule appointments with our providers as well as specialists
- Connect you with community resources
- Answer any questions you may have throughout the care process
