Buddy Up Tennis
The Buddy Up Tennis Program hosts weekly 90-minute clinics. These clinics are broken down into 30 minutes of fitness conditioning, and 60 minutes of professional tennis instruction. Buddies (Volunteers) are partnered with Athletes, to provide one-on-one attention and grow meaningful connections and relationships. No tennis experience is required. Team T-shirts and racquets are provided.

Circles – Relationship and Boundaries
Circles: Relationships and Boundaries lessons will Review the different types of relationships in our lives. Use visual cues and video to demonstrate appropriate boundaries. Explain relationships between people and the way they touch, talk to and trust each other. Demonstrate how new relationships are build over time. Introduce Cyberspace rules and safety.

Friendship Club
Every other Sunday evening, a group of our adults with Down syndrome meet up with our volunteers that help us run the friendship club. The group goes out for fun activities such as mini golfing, the movies, restaurants, bowling, sports games, and more!

Lifespan Down Syndrome Program at AdventHealth for Children
DSACF is proud to partner with AdventHealth for Children in Orlando for the launch of the first lifespan Down syndrome program in the Southeast.
